Why??? Only One Footprint???

One night, one man had a dream. He dreamed he was walking along the beach with the LOrd. across the sky flashed scenes from his life. For each scene, he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand: one belonged to him, and other to the Lord.
When the last scene of his life flashed before him, he looked back at the footprints in the sand, he noticed that many time along the path of his life was only one set of footprints. he also noticed that it happen at the very lowest and saddest times in his life.
Thus really bothered him and he questioned the Lord about it. " Lord, you said that once i decided to follow you; you'd walk with meall the way. But i have noticed that during my the most troublesome time in my life, there is only one set of footprints. i don't understand why, when i needed you the most you left me?".
The Lord reply; "My precious child, i love you and will never leave you. during your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, that's when I was carrying you..."

Our Window of Opportunity

Closer than ever to the end of this evil age, we have an unusual window of opportunity to search out the hidden purpose of our existence, to find our way back to God. 

In short, mankind desperately needs to be reconciled to God (isaiah 59:1-14) it is our sins, our abandonment of God's law, that stand in the way. Only when we repent of doing things contrary to God's instruction can we experience a true relationship with our God. we need to learn what He expect of us. we should not distance ourselves from the presence of God. we need to learn what He expects of us. we should not distance ourselves from the presence of god as did the israelite at mount Sinai. What does He advices us to do? The answers is straightforward: 

"Seek the Lord While He may be found, call upon Him While He is near. let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thought; let him return to the lord ; and he will have mercy in him; and to our God For He will abundantly pardon" 

(ISAIAH 55:6-7) 

God want to shows to us the way out of our hardship and miseries and grant us understanding of the awesome knowledge of His plan for us. 

" Call to Me , and i will answer you, and shows you great and mighty things, which you do not know"

( jeremiah 33:3) 

He will reward those who seek him with their whole heart.

A map??

Do you ever read a map? Today i read one story between father and his son. They talk about map and i really TOUCHED by the story.

A map!!! The boy never had never seen his father study a map so carefully. He asked, "father, why are you looking at that map?"

His father smiled. "This map shows the streets of the city to which we are going... They say there is work there, in the city. Then the father's smile became a little sad. "I used to always know where I was," " but the world has changed... Now we are going where we have never been before. For that, one needs a map." The journey was long, and there was much time for thought. After a while, the boy looked to his father. "Father, my birthday is coming soon. I know that i should not ask much, but there is one thing you could give me."

"I will give you whatever I can, son. What is it you want?"

The boy replied, "A map."

The father was puzzled. "Why do you ask for a map?" The boy thought very carefully. He said, "Because I will growing older... I will going where i have never been before... And you said, "for that, One needs A MAP."

The truth is, whether young/old, we are all going where we have never been before. Everyday we face new decision, new demands, and new dangers. How are we to find our way safely through these? How are we to guide ourself or our families? There is a maps for every part of the world. But is there a mapfor the greatest journey of all, life itself?

"You do not even know what will happens tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes" (james 4:14)

How quickly this one, briefly life passes. To ruin it by choosing a wrong road would be a terrible waste. How we can be sure of life's true purpose and direction? How we can be certain that we have made a proper preparation for lies beyond death? In seeking a MAP of life, we should open the BIBLE because of the claims it makes. Again and again it assures us that it is pure word from our GOD. YES!!!, the map for life. 

Moses said the TEN Commandments were written "by the finger of GOD" on the stone tablet (Exodus 31:18)

King David said, "The spirit of the Lord spoke through me; HIS word was on my tongue" (2 samuel 23:2-3)

Jeremiah wrote, "The word of the Lord come to me, saying..." I appointed you as a prophet to the nations... You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you"...

Then the LORD reached out His hand and touched my mouth and said to me, "Now, I have put my words in your mouth" (Jeremiah 1:5-9)

The scripture can be full trusted because it comes from GOD, not men. Quoting scripture, Jesus said, "Have you not READ what GOD said to you?" (Matthew 22:31-32).

The bible often pictures life as a journey in which we must choose the road we will travel. we should be careful because "There is a way thats seems right to man, but in the end leads to death" (Proverbs 16:25)

There may seem to be many roads, but in reality they come down to two choices. How we can see which way to take?

and GOD says....

Ii am the light of the world. Whoever follows ME will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of the life." (John 8:12)

"I am the GATE; whoever enters through ME will be saved" (John 10:9)

"I am the WAY the TRUTH and the LIFE" (John 14:6)

All who enter this Gate, and follow this Way, come to GOD's glorious city, the heavenly Home the Father meets all our needs...

God's message leads us into better, happier living. It brings us hope,joy,love and life. Jesus boldly declares, The word I have spoken to you are spirit and they life" (John 6:63)

We need direction because we get lost on our own. Now is the times to learn more of God's message to you...

O lord, thank you for loving us so much that YOU provide The Way to have a true life. 

Thank you for giving us YOUR word that shows us the way, and gives us direction.

Help us love You and follow YOU with all of our hearts as we learn more about YOU each day. AMEN.
